1. Introduction

  • Hosting & domain services

  • ERP/CRM setup and configuration

Specific deliverables will be outlined in each estimate, proposal, or service agreement.

3. Payments & Billing

  • A 60% upfront payment is required before work begins.

  • The remaining 40% is due upon project completion and before final delivery or launch.

  • Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.

  • Invoices must be paid within the stated due date.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide required content (text, images, login access, materials) on time

  • Approve or request changes promptly

  • Ensure all information provided is accurate

Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines.

5. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines depend on:

  • Project complexity

  • Client responsiveness

  • Revisions requested

Timelines may be adjusted when necessary.

6. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Standard projects include a defined number of revisions

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All designs, files, and assets remain the property of Portia Web Solutions until full payment is received.

  • Domain names, hosting accounts, and third-party licences follow their respective providers’ terms.

8. Support & Maintenance

Support is provided according to the selected maintenance plan (Basic, Standard, Premium).
Additional support may incur extra charges.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits and any amounts paid after work has started are non-refundable.

  • If a client cancels mid-project, the balance for work completed is still payable.

10. Data Protection

We comply with GDPR standards. Client data is handled securely and never shared without consent.

  • Loss of data due to third-party hosting providers
